Spiritual Practices
Of particular importance to us is the regular practice of time-honored tools of transformation. These include:
Prayer
Spiritual Mind Treatment

Our form of prayer, Spiritual Mind Treatment, is a tried and true method for creating a mental equivalent for a desired physical manifestation. It is a moving from idea to manifestation for once the idea has been initiated, the creative aspect of the Universe works in a focused and consistent manner to make the invisible (idea) real.

Meditation
"If you fail to go within, you will go without." - Neale Donald Walsch

Meditation is the art of opening to the presence of God in each moment with calm awareness. It requires no extraordinary techniques, clothing, posture or equipment. We can simply become quiet, turn within and focus on our breathing or practice mindfulness; which is remaining fully present in whatever we are doing. However, many people find establishing a regular practice of meditation, including a designated space and time to be very powerful. We provide instruction in meditation.

Seva
The spiritual practice of selfless service.

Seva is one of the simplest and yet most profound and life changing ways that we can put our spiritual knowledge into action. There are two main benefits in practicing Seva; the healing impact it has on other people and the environment in which we are offering our service and the transformation that takes place within us as we come to new understandings about God, ourselves and the spiritual knowledge that we have gained.

Conscious Giving
The Law of Circulation

Giving is a continual process that liberates us. “Give and it will be given to you...” ( Luke 6:38), describes a circular rather than linear experience. Participating in conscious giving creates the opportunity for us to know greater abundance and living from the center of life.

Visioning
“Catching” God’s idea.

In visioning we tap into the Universal Mind and become receptive to the Divine Pattern of Perfection, which underlies all. We become aware of our true “destination”. This then allows us to “catch” the vision in our mind's eye, create a mental equivalent, or develop a strategy for accomplishing what is revealed in the visioning.
